Hey, new friends! Here’s a little intro (or re-intro)

To quickly (re)introduce myself: I’m Neha Kirpalani, Founder and Chief “Everything” Officer of my Marketing Consultancy. My mission? Helping brands and individuals reach their full potential through services like Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and LinkedIn Personal Branding.

After 11+ years of crafting narratives and building brands (including Fortune 500 companies) with organizations like QS, Weber Shandwick, and Pink Lemonade, I launched my consultancy in 2024. Since then, I’ve partnered with tech and SaaS companies, startup founders, scale-up entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives to drive results that go way beyond “conventional success.”

Also, fun fact: I was chosen as one of LinkedIn’s Top 200 creators as part of their flagship LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program 2022. This project meant the world to me because I got to focus on empowering minority women to rise in their careers. (You can’t see it, but I’m still doing a little happy dance over this!)

I’ve also written for the Harvard Business Review and have been featured multiple times on HBR’s website as a lead article on How to Be More Productive – plus, on HBR's Instagram page.

Hosted by the inspiring Canadian educator, speaker, and writer Rohene Bouajram, Unspeakable Leadership dives into stories of resilience, growth, and leading with authenticity.
